Terms of Service

These terms describe the permitted use, scope, deliverables, limitations, and customer responsibilities for Answerprint reports.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. Service description

Answerprint provides a no-call, client-ready AI answer visibility report for agencies, consultants, and business teams. A typical report covers one brand, up to three competitors, a structured prompt set, selected AI search or answer surfaces, observed findings, source gap notes, evidence summaries, and practical next-action ideas.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Submit accurate brand, website, market, industry, buyer persona, competitor, prompt, and report preference information.
  • Confirm that you have authority to submit the client brand information for report preparation.
  • Do not submit passwords, API keys, analytics access, ad account access, CRM exports, private customer data, confidential credentials, or legally restricted data.
  • Review the delivered report before presenting it to a client, especially if adding your own agency branding or recommendations.

3. Included scope

  • Point-in-time AI answer visibility snapshot.
  • Structured prompt checks based on the submitted brand, category, market, competitors, and buyer context.
  • Platform-by-platform observations where available.
  • Competitor visibility comparison and source gap notes.
  • Screenshots, excerpts, or evidence summaries where practical.
  • Client-ready PDF or slide-style report output.

4. Excluded scope

  • Guaranteed AI answer placement, ranking improvement, traffic increase, revenue increase, or lead generation.
  • Full SEO strategy, technical SEO audit, content production, link building, PR execution, or ongoing dashboard monitoring.
  • Legal, compliance, security, medical, financial, or regulated-industry certification.
  • Private account review, credential-based research, paid advertising account analysis, analytics exports, or customer database review.

5. Delivery timing

The stated delivery window is measured after successful payment and complete intake submission. Delays may occur if intake is incomplete, competitor URLs are invalid, the brand is ambiguous, platforms are unavailable, or follow-up is required.

6. White-label use

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, agencies may use the delivered report as a client-facing asset within the purchased scope. Agencies are responsible for any edits, added claims, client commitments, or strategic recommendations they add after delivery.

7. Intellectual property

The report template, methodology, structure, scoring rubric, and non-client-specific materials remain owned by the service operator or its licensors. Buyer-submitted brand inputs remain the responsibility of the buyer or its client. The delivered report may be used for the purchased client or internal business purpose, subject to these terms.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invasive materials.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the website, intake API, checkout, storage systems, or report production workflow.
  • Do not represent the report as a platform-certified audit or guaranteed ranking mechanism.

9. Third-party services

The service may rely on hosting providers, checkout providers, Google Sheets, Resend, cloud storage, AI platforms, search surfaces, and other third-party tools. Third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, or content changes may affect availability or report evidence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. The service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or client relationship damages.

11. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The Last updated date identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply to new orders and future use.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The parties irrevocably agree that the Daejeon District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
