1. Point-in-time snapshot
Each Answerprint report documents observed AI search and answer behavior at the time the checks are performed. AI systems can change outputs based on platform updates, prompt wording, location, account context, browsing availability, personalization, index freshness, and random variation.
2. No ranking or placement guarantee
- The report does not guarantee search rankings, AI answer inclusion, AI citation placement, traffic increases, revenue, lead volume, or future visibility.
- Visibility scores are interpretive summaries of observed evidence, not official metrics from AI platforms.
- Recommendations are practical next-action ideas, not a promise that any platform will cite or recommend the brand.
3. Public-source methodology
The service is designed around public brand, domain, competitor, and prompt inputs. It does not require analytics access, advertising accounts, CRM exports, private customer data, API keys, passwords, or confidential credentials.
4. Platform independence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Gemini, Microsoft, Polar.sh, Google Sheets, or any AI search platform referenced in the report.
5. Evidence handling
- Screenshots and excerpts are included to support observed findings, but they may not reproduce exactly at a later time.
- Short excerpts may be summarized or clipped to keep reports readable and avoid unnecessary disclosure of unrelated information.
- Source gap notes identify pages or content types that appeared useful in observed answers; they are not legal, editorial, or technical certification.
6. Not professional advice
The report is an informational marketing and visibility analysis. It is not legal advice, financial advice, security advice, compliance advice, or a full SEO strategy engagement. Agencies should apply their own professional judgment before presenting recommendations to clients.
7. Client presentation responsibility
White-label and agency-branded use is permitted within the purchased scope, but the agency remains responsible for client context, final presentation language, legal claims, and any commitments made beyond the report.
