1. One-time purchase
An Answerprint report is sold as a one-time report purchase unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The current checkout flow is not intended to create a subscription, automatic renewal, retainer, or ongoing monitoring plan.
2. Checkout provider
Checkout is handled by the configured payment provider. The provider may collect payment details, billing information, tax information, fraud prevention data, and receipt information under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Authorization
- By completing checkout, the buyer authorizes the displayed one-time charge for the selected report order.
- The buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing, tax, and delivery information.
- A completed payment does not waive the requirement to submit complete intake information before report production can begin.
- Order intake details must be submitted within 30 calendar days of payment. Unsubmitted orders after 30 days are subject to expiration and cancellation without a refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Taxes and receipts
Applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, or merchant-of-record details may be calculated and provided by the checkout provider. Tax treatment may vary based on buyer location, business status, and payment processor configuration.
5. Failed or flagged payments
- Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment fails, is reversed, is flagged for fraud review, or cannot be matched to an intake submission.
- Delivery timelines start after both successful payment and complete intake submission are available.
- If a payment is completed but the intake is missing, support may request the order receipt or delivery email to match records.
6. Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If there is a billing issue, contact support before filing a chargeback so the order can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
7. No payment card storage by the app
The site-native application does not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers. Payment card processing is handled by the checkout provider.
